Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 November 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the social media management application available at https://postiz.oprtr.fr (the "Application"), operated by WEB SERVICES OUTSOURCING, a French société par actions simplifiée (SAS) with a share capital of €10, registered under SIREN 911 075 356, with its registered office in Paris, France ("we", "us"). Contact: noah.delophont@web-services-outsourcing.eu.

1. The Application

The Application is a self-hosted instance of the open-source software Postiz, operated by us. It allows authorised users to connect social media accounts (such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok) and to create, schedule, publish and analyse content on them.

2. Access

The Application is reserved for WEB SERVICES OUTSOURCING and the people it explicitly authorises. Public registration is disabled. You must keep your login credentials confidential and are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or remove access at any time, in particular in case of misuse.

3. Connected accounts and third-party platforms

You may only connect social media accounts and pages that you own or are authorised to manage. By connecting an account you authorise the Application to act on it within the permissions you approved, for example to publish the content you schedule.

Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies, which you agree to respect, including the YouTube Terms of Service, the Meta Terms of Service, the Instagram Terms of Use and the TikTok Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the platforms, their availability, or changes they make to their services or APIs.

You can disconnect an account at any time from the Application or revoke access from the platform's settings, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Your content

You remain the owner of the content you create or upload. You are solely responsible for it and confirm that you have the rights needed to publish it and that it complies with applicable law and with the rules of the platforms it is published on. You must not use the Application to publish unlawful, infringing, misleading or harmful content, to send spam, or to circumvent the platforms' rules or limits.

5. Availability

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep it running but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scheduled content will always be published at the planned time, in particular when a platform's API is unavailable or changes.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of audience or revenue, or for the actions of third-party platforms. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under French law.

7. Personal data

The processing of personal data in the Application is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the Application after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
